We start with your enquiry, and promptly assign you a personal healthcare coordinator who will be your go-to guide. The personal healthcare coordinator will help in answering questions, assisting with medical records, scheduling appointments, and ensuring you feel supported at every step.
Pre-Consultation:
Next, we move to a pre-consultation with your healthcare professional, where we review your medical history, previous doctors reports and test results. At this stage, the doctors will discuss your treatment plan. This consists, but not limited to discussing your health goals and objectives, comparison of treatment methods, frequency and duration of treatment, risk assessments and post care progress follow ups. This interaction bridges the gap between inquiry and in-person consultations in Dubai, to help you make informed decisions.
Logistic and Travel Assistance:
Once we understand your needs, and personalized your treatment plan. We assist you in our custom package which covers hospital stays, treatment charges, post care amenities and prescription as well as any other costs related to each treatment.
Our team assists you with logistics, including visa applications, accommodation arrangements, airport pickups and local transport throughout your stay – both pre and post-treatment.
In-Clinic Experience:
Once in Dubai,. As you settle in, we take charge of preparing you for your in-clinic experience, We facilitate a smooth handover, ensuring you're well-prepared and introduced to your dedicated healthcare professional.
Whether you've arrived with family or are on this wellness journey solo, our facilitators, trained as patient relations executives, stand ready to assist you throughout your treatment period.
Post-Treatment Care & Follow-Ups:
